Subscription Terms

These terms describe how Mantl subscriptions operate. They are not legal advice.
These terms apply where you take a paid subscription to Mantl, operated by Crest Labs Limited. They sit alongside the Terms of Service, which continue to apply in full.
Subscription plans
A subscription grants access to the features described on the plan you select. Mantl may add features to a plan at any time; where a feature is withdrawn, Mantl gives notice before the change takes effect.
Fees and billing
Subscriptions are invoiced monthly in US dollars plus GCT. You pay each invoice by bank transfer. Access starts when Mantl records your payment, not when you send it.
Renewal
Mantl issues a new invoice for each month. Where an invoice is unpaid at the end of the grace period, access is restricted until Mantl records payment. Where a fee changes, Mantl notifies the account holder before the change applies to a new invoice.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the month already paid.
Refunds
There is no refund for the unused part of the month.
Suspension and termination
Mantl may suspend or end a subscription where these terms or the Terms of Service are breached, where information supplied at registration is materially inaccurate, or where an account is used to broker or intermediate a transaction.
Credit check
You pay the credit bureau directly for your own credit report. Mantl gives you that cost back as a discount on your subscription.
Changes to these terms
Mantl may amend these terms. The version number and effective date at the head of this page identify the current version, and material changes are notified to subscribers before they take effect.
